Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

Use of the App

1. Eligibility:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you affirm that you are over 18.

2. Account Registration:

  • To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. User Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Activities:

  • You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.

Logistics Services

1. Service Description:

  • The App provides logistics services, including but not limited to package delivery and transportation services.

2. User Conduct:

  • You agree to use the logistics services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Third-Party Providers:

  • The App may utilize third-party providers for logistics services. The terms and conditions of these providers may apply.

Fees and Payments

1. Pricing:

  • Pricing for logistics services is displayed within the App. By using the services, you agree to the listed prices.

2. Payment:

  • Payments for services are processed through the App. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellation policies and refund information are outlined in the App. Please review them before confirming any transaction.

User Content

1. User Submissions:

  • By submitting content (reviews, feedback, etc.), you grant the App a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute, and display such content.

2. Content Guidelines:

  • Users are prohibited from submitting content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

Limitation of Liability

We want to emphasize that, while we take all reasonable measures to ensure the security and safety of your personal belongings and possessions, we cannot accept responsibility for valuable items such as jewelry, gold, diamonds, or other high-value items that you may choose to bring into or use with our Service. These items are inherently susceptible to loss, damage, or theft.

We strongly recommend that you take appropriate precautions to secure and insure any valuable items that you bring into or use with our Service.

It is your responsibility to ensure that such items are properly insured and safeguarded. Rodnav (Formerly Rsl Hulls) will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of valuable items while using our Service.

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that our company is not responsible for the safekeeping of valuable items, and you hereby release us from any liability in connection with such items. However, for items other than the above-mentioned category, we are willing to provide compensation in the event of loss, damage, or theft, subject to the following terms:

  • Compensation will be provided based on the value of the item, up to a minimum of N15,000 and a maximum of N30,000.
  • To be eligible for compensation, you must provide reasonable evidence of ownership and value of the item, as well as evidence of its loss, damage, or theft while using our Service.
  • Compensation is subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to assess the validity of the claim and determine the compensation amount based on the evidence provided.
  • Our liability for compensation is limited to the agreed range and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Content of Packages Carried by Third-Party Drivers

We want to clarify that, as a logistics app facilitating deliveries and rides, most of our drivers are third-party partners. We do not check the content of the packages being carried by our drivers, as they operate independently. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for any implicating item found with any of our third-party drivers. It is the sole responsibility of the sender to ensure that the packages comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. Any issues related to the content of packages should be addressed directly with the sender or recipient, as we do not have control or knowledge of the package contents.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App.
